RESERVING YOUR BOOTH

Payment must be made when making your vendor booth reservation. Please note that space in the tent is limited. (Post these restrictions in your booth) 
 

**** VENDORS MUST SET UP AND REMAIN OPEN DURING ENTIRE EVENT ****NO EXCEPTIONS****  

Vendor space and money will be forfeited if this requirement is not met. 


INSURANCE & SALES TAX REQUIREMENTS

 A Certificate of Insurance showing your proof of liability coverage, if applicable, must be on file with RFIPI no later than September 1st. Vendors are responsible for collection and distribution of your own sales tax from retail sales at the event.  


BOOTH SITES

 Each vendor booth is an approximate 8 x 10 foot space in a tent provided by RFIPI.  All vendors must provide any tables, chairs, tents and extension cords that are needed. All vendors MUST set up and stay within their space, no set up or selling in the isle outside of booth area. If more space is needed you must pay for two spaces.  Electrical codes must be followed. If multiple plugs are needed a  strip adapter with built in circuit breaker must be used. ELECTRICAL USAGE IS LIMITED. 


MERCHANDISE RESTRICTIONS

 All vendors must acknowledge that they are aware of exclusive concessions agreements with the carnival company by signing the attached waiver. No commercial game vendors are permitted and many food items or drinks may not be sold at vendor booths.  The following is a partial list of items NOT permitted to be sold or given away in vendor booths:  

 Caramel Apples - Cotton Candy - Foot Long Hotdogs - Italian Sausage - Funnel Cakes - Corn Dogs - Sno Cones - Polish Sausage - Popcorn - Nachos - Bottled Water - Soda  

 
        BOOTHS MUST BE OPEN DURING ENTIRE EVENT NO EXCEPTIONS

Thursday set up from  2:00 pm  to   5:00 pm       Booths Open:   6:00 pm       Close: 10:00 pm

Friday set up from       2:00 pm  to  5:00 pm        Booths Open:   6:00 pm       Close: 10:00 pm

Saturday set up from   7:00 am   to  9:00 am        Booths Open:  10:00 am      Close: 10:00 pm
 
TEARDOWN not allowed until Saturday @ 10:00 pm when Festival ends.  NOTE: Vehicles not allowed to park on grass after 5:00 pm Thursday or before 10:00 pm Saturday at closing. 


THERE WILL BE OVERNIGHT SECURITY
 
VENDOR PARKING IN LOT BY SCHOOL
 
NO VENDOR VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARK IN NORTH EAST PARKING LOT – NO EXCEPTION
